Using Viye

Viye LLC provides grant-management and organizational tools through VIYE. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes. An organization is responsible for activity by the users it authorizes.

Your information

Users retain ownership of information they enter. By using Viye, the account holder authorizes Viye and its service providers to host, process, back up, and display that information as necessary to operate the service.

External services and links

Viye may connect or link to third-party portals, storage providers, and documents. Viye does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Removing a reference from Viye does not necessarily delete the underlying content from an external service.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Prices, applicable taxes, and any trial terms are shown at checkout. Paddle handles payments. You can cancel through Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription and keep paid access until the end of your billing period.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. Renewal payments and upgrade charges are generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and Paddle's refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund.

Acceptable use

Users may not interfere with the service, bypass security, access another account without authorization, introduce malicious code, misuse confidential information, or use Viye to violate law or third-party rights.

Service availability

Viye may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Viye is an administrative tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or grantmaking advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, and Viye is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

Termination and changes

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risks, or material violations of these terms. These terms may be updated as the service changes; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
